Q1: What are your business hours? What time is the last reception?

Q2: Where is the location? Is it the same entrance as the bus center?

We are located on the 5th floor of the Kotsu Kaikan Building across from Nagasaki Station.

​It is the same building as the bus center, but the entrance is different.

Please enter through the entrance on the APA Hotel side and take the elevator to the 5th floor.

​When you exit the elevator, you can see our store on the left, right next to Inazawa Dental.

Q3: How many people can make a reservation at the same time?

​We have 4 rooms including VIP room, HANARE, and couple room, so we can accommodate up to 4 people at the same time. If you would like to make a reservation for 4 people at the same time, please call the salon directly. Also, when making a reservation online, please write that in the notes section. After checking, we will reply by phone or email.

Q4: Please tell me how to make a reservation.

​We accept reservations online (Hot Pepper Beauty) and by phone.

​ Online reservations can be made 24 hours a day.

​We also welcome walk-in customers, but reservations are prioritized, so we recommend making reservations in advance.

Q5: Is it possible to make a same-day reservation?

​Reservations are possible. However, please note that we may not be able to provide information depending on the reservation status.

Q6: Will there be a cancellation fee?

​ Please contact us if you will be late for your reservation time or if you will arrive early. The course may be changed.

​If you cancel on the day, you will be charged the full cancellation fee.

​Please make changes to your reservation at least 2 days in advance. If you repeatedly change your reservation or cancel without permission, you will not be able to make a next reservation.

Q7: Are there toilets and shower rooms?

​Our store does not have a shower room. The toilets are shared on the 5th floor and are separated by gender. Thank you for your understanding.

Q8: Are there makeup tools and changing clothes?

We have a complete set of cosmetics and changing clothes. ​Hair sets such as hair dryers are also available. Please feel free to use it.

Q9: Can I change the massage menu after arriving?

​Can be changed. We would like you to receive a menu that suits your tiredness, so please feel free to let us know. We will suggest the most suitable menu. However, if you would like to add a menu item, we may not be able to provide it depending on your reservation status. note that.

Q10: How often should I undergo electroporation?

​The duration of electroporation is 1 to 2 weeks. We recommend once every two weeks for the first six months, and once a month after six months.

​*Effects vary from person to person, so please ask our staff if you have any questions.

​For customers who find it difficult to visit us regularly, we recommend electroporation before special occasions (bridal parties, reunions, entrance ceremonies, etc.).

Q11: Can anyone use 3D slimming?

Anyone can use 3D Slimming, but we do not allow people with unstable menstruation, students, or pregnant women.We also ask that you refrain from eating for 30 minutes before your treatment and for 2 hours after your treatment, as fat will be absorbed more easily. If possible, we recommend that you visit us at a time that does not overlap with meal times.

In addition, if you are a female customer who is on your menstrual period, you may not be able to undergo abdominal treatment or the results may not be as effective, so we recommend that you avoid it during your menstrual period. There are some other contraindications, so if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Q12: Can I apply 3D slimming anywhere?

The areas that can be targeted with 3D slimming are the upper arms, back, waist, stomach, thighs (front and back), calves, and face (below the cheeks).

Q13: Can I combine menus?

Menu combinations are possible​. If you are interested in any course, please feel free to ask our staff. However, please note that coupons cannot be used together. ​

Q14: Are there any VIP room usage fees or nomination fees?

There are usage fees and nomination fees. The usage fee for the VIP room is 550 yen (tax included) and the nomination fee is 220 yen (tax included).

​Please let us know when making your reservation. VIP rooms are especially popular, so please contact us in advance.

Q15: Are there any regular holidays?

​ Our store is closed on August 15th during Obon and December 30th to January 3rd during the year-end and New Year holidays. In addition, you may be required to take time off due to training, etc. In that case, we will notify you on the blog.

Q16: Can I use credit card?

You can use it. The supported card companies are as follows.

​However, the payment method is only one-time payment. Please note that courses such as 3-course courses, special campaigns, and slimming menus are paid in cash or in a lump sum via PayPay. Thank you for your understanding.
